Almost There!

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been back to setting up Minecraft stuff again. I have the modpack server already running, and the vanilla server is partially set up, a long with a lobby server for people to connect to. I’m still sifting through plugins to add, and deciding what type of server to make it.

There has been some issues though. For one, a ton of port scans and connection attempts from hacked accounts have happened basically a week after I started this all back up. I have been filtering offending IPs to the firewall, but it’s been unnecessary stress and wasted time. On top of that, two massive exploits have taken front and center in the Minecraft world, which adds to the carefulness I need to use.

Both of these combined has sorta sprung a bit of extra anxiety over actually making the vanilla and modded servers public. Coupled with the intrusive thoughts/ idea that no one will play on the servers anyways has my motivation extremely low at spots. I will still push to do so, but it might take a while.

The website itself is still a WIP, but the Minecraft sections of the site are fairly close. I’ll wrap those pages up once I actually make the servers public. The forums are open and available for everyone to use. There’s a specific spot for Minecraft and a spot for PMD:WE. The webpages for PMD:WE will be worked on once the Minecraft pages are finished.
